Unless you filed early before the virus crisis in 2020 then your tax return for 2020 will determine your stimulus check.
So if you made a lot in 2019 and the IRS knows it, but your filed early with a lot of ta deductions that put you in a lower bracket then you get the full $1,200 or $2,400 for joint filing for you and your spouse.
