Considering SH5, no idea.
If this were SH3... I know that sinking certain ships, would end up with having even your own navy trying to kill you... *chuckles* I kid you NOT...
If you can have it ride your brain & NOT cause a twinge to even consider sinking a red cross ship... then by all means go for it...
Would think in real life, sinking such a ship, would end with your being branded a war criminal & hunted down... just saying...
