I’m only at war start, so can’t tell...yet.
I have only checked Hsie bad weather fix in my current career, but if i want more weather change (even starting patrol with fog and rain!) i just have to activate Stiebler Env Sim Act 10
With this file on top of all, weather is changing almost every day (sometimes it’s a little too much to my taste though)
