Just remember that if you stop doing what you are doing that it is like you never did it at all

I use to walk 18 miles a day and lost a lot of weight, but that was in the 90's

Felt great, felt fine, but now it's like I never did it at all gained the weight back, have diabetes now, plus aches and pains with no one to listen to them.

New diet no salt, no sugar, no alcohol, get up every twenty minutes and exercise my back from sitting too much (at least till spring).

So go for it ... make us all proud of you
