The readme states that the Iambecomelife's hospital ship mod must be installed for the Mediterranean to work. Is this mod included in NYGM Tonnage mod v2.0?
I have multiple installs; and I use SH3CMDR with them all. If I add the included SH3CMDR files to my CMDR 2.5, will it then only work with MYGM Tonnage 2.0?
