Make sense that these calculations are based on weird program internals.

Well I have the sub running the way I want. I still think the rear sits a bit high. It always looked to me like subs had a slight low rider rear end. It could be the way the planesmen trimmed out the sub when photographed.
All the stationary docked sub museums like the Pompanito sit level and their ballast bulge sits high.

Any reason why they have a draught (draft) parameter for surfaced and submerged? in the dot.sim file.

Draft is draft, you really dont have a draft at all if you think about it, when submerged. When submerged your draft is your current depth. So why a submerged parameter?
