The helo is actually pretty popular with MP players.

It also happens to easily be the most lethal unit in the game. It's got the speed of an aircraft with extreme maneuverability, active AND passive sonar ability in addition to MAD sensors. On top of all this, it can lay buoy fields as well as fire torpedoes and 2 different kinds of rockets. It can also rearm and refuel from both land and sea platforms.

It's easily the best close quarters ASW unit in the game.
