According to the Doppelbuchstaben tauschtafel EQ = WT VI=LD NX=PK VG=IW So, my first "word" is WLPI. First letter goes to the trash, remains LPI.
And here comes the problem: According to the Gruppenliste (which we can find in the Kenngruppenbuch) LPI equals 313. The number 313 belongs to the keyword POTSDAM, while in 1939 the only keyword i can choice is HYDRA.
Is it possible, that the message was sent to an other U-boot?

Hi Tiberius
You must check when the message was sent (August 31) and August is "Strom" and your first "word" will be "HAI"--->247---->Hydra.
Remember, it's not important when you received it, but it's important when it was sent
