Apart from that, reading that told me it was BS on the first line. No bank tells you to do that sort of thing. Jim you could have gave them a visit and gave them a load of bull back, they don't like that.

I don't get them any more as I have limited my email to certain people I know and work of course. I use a throw away email if I'm not sure about the other end.
