I missed your statement of "grand" with "campaign". I am not familiar with that. Also, I am not playing WAC often enough to know if tonnage does matter, that was just a guess. I always assumed it did. I am usually "dead" anyway before mid 1942 comes anyway,
and haven't made it past mid 1940 several times...
