Well I'm 52 actually and I was never on a real U-Boat but I have visited the Finnish sub "Vesikko", the Type IIA prototype. I have also been to Chicago on several occasions but never had time to see the U-505

.
I did once spend a day at sea in a Royal Navy "A Class" boat, while doing an underwater warfare course.
