This was my thing at university years, and I dare say that I was very good at it. When I and a buddy of that time played this, it was serious sports.
Tables used to stand in bars and arcade and pool halls, even in university gyms/sport halls, but these days they are hard to find. Haven'T seen one since ten, fifteen years.
That I did also épée fencing a bit, swords fighting, budo and Eskrima a lot, and lots of martial arts, and that I was light in weight, helped a lot in being speedy.
Those were good days. Today I must fight my weight, though I do successfully (lost 13 kg in 6 months).

Getting old is not funny.

What I want to eat is not recommended to eat, and what is recommended to eat I do not want to eat. The only solution obviously is to eat what I want and not to listen.
