Basically I'm having to manually start GWX after launching through SH3 Commander.

The only way to do this is by restarting the PC; at no time either in the initial attempt to launch or after exiting the game does SH3 appear in the task manager applications (even though SH3C seems sure it is running and GWX seems to accept it was started through SH3C).
Has anyone seen this behaviour before or have an idea how to fix it please?
