I believe I found the issue!!
Either replace the file called SinkUxbridge.txt in the missionsfolder with this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qru2cortye...ridge.txt?dl=0

Or simply open the file with a texteditor and replace all , with .
Yes, replace all commas with dots! There is only four of them.
