I think it's time to leave your gal pal when you come home to find she has parked your truck in the swimming pool. Another example would be when you get a Fed " EX " delivery at work in the form of a large box filled with your belongings and clothes. A standard example might be leaving your gal pal's belongings in garbage bags in the driveway to facilitate her leaving.
