TWoS will advance the campaign in all cases now (you receive red messages during game telling you what to do). I'm 99% sure WoS works without this tool, so you can cheerfully uninstall it, you don't need to deal with all these additional messages given by the 'tool'.
I know, because I have just made a custom 'Advance Campaign Messages' for my own special modlist
