Sorry maybe I wasn't clear enough

I am standing in the bunker before the first mission. Then I hit {esc} and turn off 'No Stabilize View'

After I tell the guy I want to start the patrol, it starts, then I check the UZO and I am not stabilized

However, if I back out to the main menu and load up a single mission, the UZO is Stabilized

Hope this makes sense.
