If there was a simple "64 bit fix", like one that replaces a dll but still would require the DVD to play it, then Neal would post it on his site - if he gets the permission of Ubisoft. But there is no such fix, only a No-DVD crack. If he posts
that he would directly support piracy and immediately lose all good relationships to the developers and other important people. Thatīs why it also isnīt allowed to post links to crack sites.
