Great game. Surprisingly few bugs for being so early in its "early access". 
The particular bug I wanted to report was:
If two people attempt to open/close the ballast at the same time, the second person gets stuck in place (even after the animation has finished) until they again close/open the ballast to trigger the animation again. |
