Here's a different kind of music.
Not sure if this has been posted before, but there is
nothing as glorious as lighting off a B-A'd Fairbanks Morse.
When I was on the Barbel (SS580) I would hustle to complete my pre-underways so I could take a "smoke break" on the pier when M-Div lit off her three engines to warm them up.
The closest experience to this would be standing near an old aircraft with radial engines when they were started.
*- Note that some sneaky kaleuns off a u-boat have sneaked aboard.
