Weather can be stuck for days as in RL.
I’ve always played TWOS TCx512 without problem (I5 @ 3.9 GHz)
To overcome the batterie issue in bad weather, as soon as the recharge batterie icon is set on yellow (on), go TC x512 or at least x128 so the game doesn’t take care of waves
...and keep it until your batteries are full.
