Hi Faamecanic,
Try to install fresh SH4 V1.5 (with UBM) outside program file first.
Then install LAA to give more memory to your SH4.exe (Large Adress Aware)
In your SH4.exe properties, run it as administrator, and win 7 compatibility.
That should be it for win 10...all you need is here:
