Its rare I comment on a topic like this but I have to say I would very much love to see this in an SH3 mod. I think the occasional neutral steaming into view with all ships lights on, as was required to highlight neutrality, would certainly lighten the bordom of those long mid atlantic patrols.
So i've now added it to my official wish list (which is quite cool because I have a very small wish list)
