I can confirm that the version of the 4gb application is 100% reliable and I have found that when checking CTRL+F8 I am seeing frame rates constantly over 100 fps allowing for circumstances.
I have installed it in the main game folder along with MultiSH5.
This application is not the version taken from SH3.
It is well over 2 years since I last had a ctd.
