i received the 'torpedo tube damaged' message while submerged and not under attack but no damage was evident.

Conditions: i was submerged at periscope depth and waiting for my prey to close to torpedo range.

do you think this is a SH4 issue or a mod issue?

since nothing was broken i pressed on with the task at hand but it would be nice to know if this has happened to others and whether it is avoidable/fixable. {scared the hell out of me}
