I was on the fence about adding this feature, but SH3Weather seems to have had a bit of a resurgence lately (and frankly, I'm too lazy to reinvent the wheel and add random weather directly into SH3Cmdr). Anyway, if you don't run SH3Weather, you won't notice a difference. If you do, you just won't need to manually run it in addition to SH3Cmdr anymore.

Thank You. I'm using the weather generator now and loving it. Being included in Commander just makes life a lot easier.
