Hi, hopefully it is
not cancerous, I would be a little nervous waiting for the result. Since it is only the mole and not the actual skin I would imagine it will be clear. My mother had a large one about 8mm diameter in the middle of her back about 200mm down from her neck, this got infected and she had it removed, all was ok!
