Interesting... I'll have to do me some more testing on the FotRSU transfers (base on TMO v1.7), because from what I remember, if you requested a transfer and got it, you then went on a patrol from your home port (Midway in your example), and after you were out, ~then~ your Home Port changed (Mare Island here)...
