Hi VH
Check that the speech files are working in each of the folder numbers.

In the main game folder go to data\sound speech
There are 9 folders

Each folder contains 1,101 speech files.
You need to check the files you think are not working.
Each file is easily identifiable.

You will need a program to open them so you can here the sound if it does not give you the sound straight away.

The main LSH3 mod also contains the same number of folders 9

Each of these folders only contains 3 sound files.
