Dump will be more peed off to see Sadiq Khan's balloon, than his own one. He would probably be flattered of the latter. You know he is not that clever.
Edit: maybe there will be both.. and they can add some more balloons of politicians or 'leaders' who annoy the people. It might even become an english tradition
