That has happened in FotRSU also. You're just not seeing the sailor up in the rigging who refuses to let his country's banner fall... He's holding the flag's guy line in his teeth, hanging to the rigging with his hands for dear life... Actually, that behavior comes from the damage model not completely covering the mast and its attachments...
