Default An meine deutschen Freunde, Umarex Schusswaffen

Well it is with a little bit of nostalgia that I sold my Walther Colt 1911 .22lr today. Really enjoyed shooting her but I don't like to have more than three firearms at one time. When I bought this gun I didn't know anything about it other than I thought it was a real Colt .22lr. I had to do a lot of research on the web to find out that it was imported by Walther Arms but it was made by Umarex in Germany. The only thing Colt about it was the name was licensed and the outward design was based on the 1911. Very fun to shoot and very accurate. I did a lot of modifications one of which was a tactical upgrade making the magazines capable of holding sixteen rounds.
