Try the medal cheat change the info in your SH3 folder in my documents give all crewmen Ironcross second and first class and the German cross you should have no more fatigue. I found this on an old site.

Just change all the 0's to 50 this dose work I tryed it last year and found out my crew fatigue had gone.
