The event you describe is one I've never noticed before, but it sounds like it could well be the case. Thanks for the suggestion, I'm gonna fire up the game and check it out. If it's simply a case of entering TC until the "catch up" occurs, then that would be good. That said, again, I don't remember ever encountering this event before, so if anyone has anything to add, that would be great
