Yeppers the ORIGINAL dos game but unlike KL Seestern I have SP2 installed so I went to this page : http://www.subsowespac.org/silent-hunter-dosbox.shtml

Which also explains installing using Dos Box, but also using another free software called Defend to open the game, I found this method MUCH easier than just using Dos Box

And Yes AI from SH1+CAOD put SH3 to shame.

Nippelspanner yes that is a problem installing CAOD with Dos Box is that you loose the sound, maybe if you google enough you might come up with a solution
