This is for sure a magnificent ship!
But my father has a 45' schooner and I never really enjoyed any ride on it. The lean on monohulls can be so intense at times (as shown at 0:30 of your video link) that, on long rides, everything becomes so annoying... you can hardly sleep, barely eat, etc.
The best thing you can do is to sit on borders like at 1:29 of this video (but again imagine doing this for a long time...
