Target's course is 151 AFAIK from the tutorial.
68 will depend on where and how far you moved your boat too, as will be the distance to you take up to shoot at the target will be different between players IIRC.
Long time since I did this tutorial.
The tutorial is taken from Trevally's words and diagrams not from me.
