Wait a second. Let's be a little more specific as to what are these "boy-ish" and "female behaviorial characteristics". If for example, all boys like pulling girls' hair, that will make this behavior "boyish", but it doesn't mean such behavior shouldn't be suppressed.

While I don't like the way the criminal law is proceeding on the subject of rape, the question is what to do about "inappropriate aggression". I agree with the Manifesto to an extent, that "touching a woman's knee" (I assume with Absicht) for example should not be a "crime", but neither is it non-punishable behavior or lacking of unwert.
