How did you manage to get it running at that resolution?
I tried using
this fix which allowed me set the game to 2650x1080 at what I'm assuming was 21:9 (it was some ridiculously large aspect ratio, idk why it was like that). However, with that fix I still couldn't select "start campaign" as the button was switched off screen.
