Where i am able to change flotilla new basis dates? I want to be stationed on French coast as in real history in july-september 1940, not to wait and always loose time and fuel circling around British Isles until mid to late 1941.

For example, 2nd flotilla was moved to Lorient as early as in june 1940, here its in june 1941.
