Apparently, the police had quoted PM for saying that KW died of carbondiaxoide poisonning. This is not correct according to the attorney of PM, and the police has just now acknowledged that they have misquoted PM.
PM has said that she COULD have died from that, but that he didn't know.
In other words: the experts from the police have to check the body and find the cause themselves.

That is even worse. So now it is, I found her dead but unaware of what caused her to die so I thought it prudent to chop her up and try to hide her body beneath the sea.
Sounds totally credible.
