1. Inside your Sh3 installation you should see a folder called 'DirectX'. Try there to install 'dxsetup.exe'. (probably won't work but try anyway).

2. Then go here and try this one:

3. Install the newest graphics card driver:

4. Right click sh3.exe and use compatibility mode: (set to winXP service pack2 + run program as admin)
