i had this problem the other day with not being able to hand out medals after docking at thalia and did a post somewhere on here and was told even with GW that is something they couldnt fix

I had saved my game a while before docking and after not being able to do anything other than the game refuelling/arming my boat i quit and reloaded save and went back to my normal base and docked there
