Disable your mods and see if the stock game will load.
This will prove whether it is the game launcher or mod problem.
If the game still fails to load the stock game.

Plan B.
Uninstall the game launcher from the Control Panels Program and Features.
Do not delete your saved games if you wish to keep them.

Run the registry cleaner.

Reboot your sytem.

Install this new Game Launcher anywhere on any drive.
