Just wondering chaps, is it a good idea to learn the ropes with all the default kit, or should I install LWAMI as soon as I get my new software ?

Ive been playing the Demo for about a fortnight, and remember the basics from 688i, (but that was a llloooonnnnnng time ago)!

Any recommendations ?
