First off, SH5 is an uncompleted game in default form; and the mods, included scripts, are more complex than others for SH4 and SH3. If you want to play SH5 with nice gameplay and candy eye, and easy installation, I recommend you The Wolfes of Steel "megamod"; really a super combination of mods and tweaks. SH5 is difficult to mod. As real as gets.
Second: I never see that green water in the map. Not a bug, it is some problem with mods.
