Just reading up on S3d on Subsim.
It is a 10 year old application so it may or may not be compatible with your current Windows OS?
I take it that you have checked that you have the system requirements especially Microsoft .NET 2.0?

No experience of this I am afraid as I am not one who likes tinkering with game files.
