I think it's part of Fall of the Rising Sun, including the "Ultimate" Edition... The AOTD web site is down again, so I don't know of anywhere to get AOTD_MadMax mods, except maybe through Maik Woelfe SH3 server, and I know it's not in there... You can download several of the Fall of the Rising Sun versions here on SubSim.
