This deck gun testing is no longer available with TWOS.
If necessary go to:
C:\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\Career History
HasCompletedTutorial = false
Change false to true.
Exit and save.

You will need to disable TWOS and use a few mods with STEAM
Base mod number 3 only needed for this.

Start a new career and exit in the bunker.
Go to Historical Missions.
You should see the 'Bullet Spark Test' in the tutorial list.
Peter Base mod number 3 only needed for this.
