Finally found the video that goes with this, took me quite a while from the last time this pic was posted. But I guess it was family day on the carrier or something and the rest of the fleet was doing a parade by the carrier. In the video you see a long string of ships behind this destroyer. And they just caught a large wave at just the right angle to get this shot.
